Designing and delivering engaging training for internal Sales teams and external broker partners, the full-time Sales Trainer will manage new-hire onboarding and ongoing education initiatives remotely while leveraging technology to create scalable learning experiences. Key responsibilities: Own and deliver new-hire onboarding for internal Sales roles and facilitate ongoing training based on business needs Develop and deliver training for external broker partners, ensuring they are informed about product education and process updates Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content as products, systems, and regulations evolve Required qualifications: 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage 5+ years of experience designing and delivering new-hire onboarding and ongoing training programs Strong presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning authoring tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
